Agreement Between User and www.lamoursblessings.com

Welcome to L’AMOURS BLESSINGS at www.lamoursblessings.com (the “Site”). This website is owned and operated by L’AMOURS BLESSINGS, LLC, which provides spiritually guided services — including sessions, memberships, and intuitive advisory offerings, but not limited to these (collectively referred to as the “Services”). By accessing or using this Site, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site immediately.

1. Site Purpose:

The Site provides access to book and purchase spiritual sessions, membership packages, and questions through our “Ask Me” feature. In addition, members can join exclusive group forums, connect through member profiles, and access special features available only to subscribed members. L’AMOURS BLESSINGS, (LLC) offers holistic and spiritually intuitive-based services designed to support your healing, clarity, and spiritual growth.

2. Spiritual Disclaimer:

All Services offered on this Site by L’AMOURS BLESSINGS, (LLC) are spiritual in nature and intended to provide guidance, clarity, and insight. While every effort is made to provide accurate and helpful advice, no guarantees or promises are made regarding results, outcomes, or personal transformation. I am not a medical, legal, or psychological professional, and these Services are not intended to replace or substitute professional care or advice. You are solely responsible for your actions, decisions, and interpretations based on the spiritual guidance received.

3. Electronic Communications:

By visiting the Site, creating a member profile, scheduling or purchasing any Services, and/or sending any form of communication (including inquiries or emails), you are engaging in electronic communications with L’AMOURS BLESSINGS, (LLC). You consent to receive communications electronically and agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other correspondence provided to you in electronic form satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

4. No Refund Policy:

All sales are final. By purchasing a spiritual session, membership, or submitting any payment, tip, or donation through the Site, you acknowledge and agree to this No Refund Policy. There will be no refunds or chargebacks for services rendered, time reserved, late cancellations, no-shows, late arrivals, or digital products (including guides, readings, and advice, but not limited to).

If L’AMOURS BLESSINGS, (LLC) must cancel an appointment, the session will take precedence and be rescheduled at the earliest available time. However, L’AMOURS BLESSINGS, (LLC) reserves the right to decline or cancel any service at its sole discretion, without refund.

5. Fees:

All orders for products or services sold on the Site will be charged to your credit card or another accepted payment method offered by L’AMOURS BLESSINGS, (LLC). If L’AMOURS BLESSINGS, (LLC) cannot process your payment and legal action is necessary to collect balances due, you agree to reimburse L’AMOURS BLESSINGS, (LLC) for all expenses incurred to recover sums due, including attorney’s fees and any other legal costs.

6. Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy:

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are considered no-shows and will be marked as used. Late arrivals of more than 10 minutes may also be marked as a no-show or used at the discretion of L’AMOURS BLESSINGS, (LLC). If L’AMOURS BLESSINGS, (LLC) cancels an appointment, it will take precedence and be rescheduled at the earliest available time.

Please note: All sessions and services are non-refundable. Cancellations do not qualify for a refund but may be rescheduled in accordance with this policy.

7. Use of Site and Services:

You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of others or restrict their use of the Site. L’AMOURS BLESSINGS, (LLC) will not tolerate any form of harassment, abuse, or harmful behavior, including hateful chats, emails, comments, or posts.

You may also not use this Site to:

Misrepresent yourself or impersonate others
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
Disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site

Failure to comply with this policy will result in immediate termination of your access to the Site, member profile, appointments, services, and packages without notice or refund, as stated in our No Refund Policy.

8. Account Responsibility/Deletion:

If you use or create an account on the Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and login credentials, including restricting access to your electronic devices. L’AMOURS BLESSINGS, (LLC) is not liable for unauthorized access due to your negligence. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your IP address, account, or password. You may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity. You acknowledge that L’AMOURS BLESSINGS, (LLC) is not responsible for third-party access to your account that results from theft or misappropriation of your account. L’AMOURS BLESSINGS, (LLC) and its associates reserve the right to refuse or cancel service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content at our sole discretion.

To delete your member profile, you must write lamoursblessings@gmail.com and request that your profile be removed from the Site. Your request must include your member profile name and the "Page URL link" listed under the "My Account" tab on your member profile.

9. LB Loyalty Program:

L’AMOURS BLESSINGS, (LLC) allows its members to earn LB Loyalty points and turn them into rewards. You will find the terms and conditions listed on the LB Loyalty webpage on the Site. Members can keep track of their rewards via their profile or the LB Loyalty webpage. The Site reserves the right to change or modify the awards and how its members earn LB Loyalty points without notice. The Site also reserves the right to cancel awards, LB Loyalty points, or the program altogether without notice. Your LB Loyalty points are not transferable.

10. Confidentiality:

L’AMOURS BLESSINGS, (LLC) cannot guarantee the security of electronic communication and is not liable for breaches beyond reasonable control. However, all sessions are private and confidential. Your personal information and private reading details will not be shared without your written consent, unless required by law or under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of L’AMOURS BLESSINGS, (LLC) or the public.

Membership plans grant access to exclusive posts, groups, videos, features, and membership information that is viewable only to paid subscribers. Members forfeit their membership and may face legal action if they use, modify, share, or sell any confidential information accessible only through subscription benefits. In the event legal action is necessary, you agree to reimburse L’AMOURS BLESSINGS, (LLC) for all expenses incurred, including attorney’s fees and any other legal costs.

11. Intellectual Property:

All content on the Site — including logos, designs, service names, graphics, videos, audios, and text — is the intellectual property of L’AMOURS BLESSINGS, (LLC) or its suppliers and is protected by copyright and other laws governing intellectual and proprietary rights. By using any product, service, or functionality originating from this Site, you acknowledge and consent that L’AMOURS BLESSINGS, (LLC) may share information and data with third parties with whom it has a contractual relationship to provide the requested product, service, or functionality on behalf of Site users and members.

You may connect your L’AMOURS BLESSINGS, (LLC) account to third-party accounts. By connecting your account, you acknowledge and agree that you are consenting to the continuous release of information about you to others in accordance with your privacy settings on those third-party sites. You must be 18 years or older to use this Site or book any Services or memberships. Minors over the age of 16 may only access the Site or use our Services under the direct supervision and with the consent of a legal guardian.

15. International Users:

The Services are controlled, operated, and administered by L’AMOURS BLESSINGS, (LLC) from our offices within the USA. If you access the Services from a location outside the USA, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws. 17. Arbitration:

If any dispute arises out of or relates to these Terms and Conditions, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, it shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act. Arbitration shall be conducted by a single neutral arbitrator, administered by the American Arbitration Association or a similar arbitration service selected by the parties, in a mutually agreed-upon location.

The arbitrator’s decision shall be final, and judgment may be entered upon it in any court with proper jurisdiction. The prevailing party shall be entitled to recover its costs and reasonable attorney’s fees. All disputes, whether directly or indirectly arising from these Terms, including tort claims, shall be subject to this arbitration provision, which survives termination of these Terms.

18. Termination:

L’AMOURS BLESSINGS, (LLC) reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site and services at any time and for any reason, including violations of these Terms.

19. Changes to Terms:

L’AMOURS BLESSINGS, (LLC) reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change, modify, or amend these Terms and Conditions, any additional Terms on the Site, or Policies relating to how www.lamoursblessings.com is offered, used, or managed, without prior notice. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of all updated Terms, additional Terms, or Policies set forth on the Site.

The most current version of the Terms and Conditions, or any additional Terms or Policies listed on the Site, will supersede all previous versions. L’AMOURS BLESSINGS, (LLC) encourages you to review the Terms and Conditions, any additional Terms relating to your purchases, and Policies periodically to stay informed of updates.

20. Governing Law:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Michigan for any disputes arising out of these Terms or your use of the Site.

21. Entire Agreement:

This agreement constitutes the entire Terms and Conditions agreement between the User and L’AMOURS BLESSINGS, (LLC) and supersedes any prior understandings or agreements, whether written or oral. If any part of this agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be replaced by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely reflects the original intent, and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in full effect.

A printed version of this agreement, as well as any notices provided in electronic form, shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings to the same extent and under the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form. It is the express wish of the parties that this agreement and all related documents be written in English.
